Virtual Personal Training

Welcome!

So, you’re here because you probably need a little bit more help making some physical changes. Whether it’s losing weight, increasing strength gains, or learning barbell movements, you’ve come to the right place.

If you haven’t read about me , go do it now! Before applying for virtual training, I want to make sure you get a good feel for who I am. For any type of training, in person or virtual, you need to feel a connection with the person you are working with. Creating a connection will help me hold you more accountable.

How will Virtual Training work?

Upon receiving an acceptance letter, you will be directed to download the app TrueCoach. Here is where all the training will take place.

Depending on your goals you will receive:

  • Direct communication with me your trainer through chat boxes in the app. You can send videos of exercises you need technical help with. You can send messages with concerns about the workout or about staying focused. Anything you need help with you can contact me easily through the app.
  • I will craft unique programs designed specifically for you. In the app, you will have access to your workouts every day. It will show the exercise name and a video with instruction on what to do.
  • Nutrition tracking is another option with the virtual training. It can be through My Fitness Pal or the TrueCoach app, I will check in on your logging twice a week to make sure you are sticking with the plan.
  • Accountability: with the TrueCoach app you will mark off each exercise you complete. It will then mark it green for completion. If you don’t complete an exercise or a workout it will turn red. When that happens, I will pop up with questions.

What type of training is it?

Strength Training, what type, that is up to you!

  • General strength: strong for everyday life, never lifted before and is interested in lifting weights, recovering from an injury, and/or want’s to get strong for an endurance sport.
  • Big 3 lifts: Back squats, deadlifts, and Bench Press. You have some experience or no experience. You want to learn or you want to make sure you’re doing them right.
  • Weight loss: You want the strength but most importantly you want to lose weight. Can we achieve both? Yes, yes we can!
  • At home training: You have a home gym or enough equipment to put a program together. You want to do mostly body weight exercises mixed with cardio.

Before applying you must…

  • Be a member of a gym or willing to join a gym if interested in strength training. (With a few exceptions for an at home training program.)
  • Be serious about changing your lifestyle.
  • Be willing and open to the training format.
  • Be ready to commit at least three months to allow changes to occur.
  • Be ready to bring your very best whatever your best is that day!

Spots are limited, I want to give my very best to those I’m working with. I also want to make sure we are a good match for each other. You know a little bit about me, but now it’s time for me to know a little bit about you.
